Founded in 2003 by Richard E. Davis, Litigation Logistics (LitLogix) focuses on leveraging
technology to resolve litigation, regulatory, information security and data privacy related e-Discovery issues for corporations, law firms and governmental agencies.
Over the years, the Litlogix team has developed strategies to provide corporations with greater cost containment
around legal process outsourcing; staffing, project management, etc. Working both directly with enterprises as well as in conjunction with the legal community, Litlogix
helps avoid sanctions related to spoliation, litigation hold practices and dormant liability remediation in the context of regulatory schemes and federal rule amendments
such as Sarbanes-Oxley, the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) discovery amendments. Litlogix
also has experience implementing technology to facilitate complex monitoring and compliance mandates resulting from Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice
(DOJ) negotiated consent decrees or deferred prosecution agreements.

Richard E. Davis, Founder & CEO - Richard is the CEO and Founder of Litigation Logistics, LLC (LitLogix) a New York based consultancy specializing in providing AMLAW 300 law firms, Fortune 1000 corporations and governmental agencies with all facets of technology and professional services related to enterprise discovery solutions architecture legal data lifecycle management, electronic discovery and document review. Richard’s is an a seasoned IBM Engineer who shortly after graduating from the Pace University School of Law was recruited to become the Manager of Technical Litigation Support for Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP. In addition running Cravath’s team of world class legal data management experts, Richard was also the founder of Kenyon and Kenyon LLP’s Practice Management Department. As a “discovery solutions architect” his work as a legal technologist influenced has shaped the way the Federal Trade Commission now currently manages its data behind its firewalls. While the majority of his work has been in the U.S., Richard has trained multiple teams of Tokyo based Japanese lawyers (bengoshi) on U.S. based document review techniques and designed the workflow for an FTC 2nd request related to two of Japan’s largest and most successful brands. He has also managed the training, off shore document review and quality assurance for multiple DOJ productions involving significant antitrust matters involving prominent international consumer products, airline and memory chip companies. Today Richard spends most of his activity on the consulting side of the business helping corporations and law firms defensibly manage all facets of technology and workflow around the defensible and cost effective management of the Legal Data Lifecycle. He also provides proactive litigation readiness gap assessment services to help organizations make long term strategic choices in preparing themselves for the exigencies of international governmental inquires or litigation and data risk management generally.Richard is also very active as an e-Discovery expert with ample experience testifying in Court on matters related to litigation hold implementation, management, and spoliation. In 2007, Richard was appointed as the technical expert in the seminal Victor Stanley vs. Creative Pipe Case by Chief Judge Magistrate Paul W. Grimm. Richard was also on Judge Grimm’s court rules committee as a technical advisor. He is a frequent and sought after speaker and has authored numerous articles on legal technology for the New York Law Journal as well as ALM Compliance and Regulatory Newsletter. Richard’s Unified Legal Data Lifecycle Model is gaining wide acceptance as the vehicle by which corporations gauge their litigation readiness posture. Richard hold numerous technology certifications, is a U.S. Army veteran (combat medic, communications specialist,airborne qualified) and is fluent in Italian and German.
Tim Matuszewski, Sr. Vice President of Client Services & Strategy Development - Tim joined Litigation Logistics as the Sr. Vice President of Client Services & Strategy Development in 2010. In this role, he is responsible for advising and developing strategies to fulfill the needs of Litigation Logistics’ corporate, law firm and governmental clients in the areas of information risk management, complex litigation and governmental investigations.Tim brings with him 20 years of litigation management, consulting and technology experience assisting AmLaw 250 law firms, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his professional career, he has gained a broad range of experience in technology strategy, information risk management, computer forensics, forensic data analytics, electronic discovery consulting and client relationship management for bankruptcy, regulatory investigations, FCPA investigations, class actions, complex litigation and antitrust matters. Tim publishes and lectures on best practices relating to e-Discovery and litigation technology and is a member of numerous standard setting organizations in the information risk management and e-discovery fields, including AIIM, EDRM and Sedona Conference Working Groups. Jeff D. Isenberg, Sr. Vice President of International Discovery Services - Before joining Litigation Logistics as a lead technical advisor for BP Amoco Deep Water Horizon Matter, Jeff was the Managing Director of Cobra Legal Solutions. Cobra’s core competency is specializing in offshore document review and providing advisory services to clients on discovery issues. At Cobra, Jeff was primarily responsible for client relationships and consulting, business development and establishing partnerships with industry leaders in the e-discovery space. Prior to joining Cobra Legal Solutions, Jeff served as the Global Director of Litigation Technology at White & Case from 2006-2007; as National Director of Litigation Technology at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy from 1997-2006 and as Manager of Databases and Litigation Support at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton from 1990-1997. During the span of his career, he has managed litigation technology and support services for large, complex litigations in the areas of banking, securities, insurance, white-collar, product liability, intellectual property and bankruptcy. Jeff is a frequent speaker at legal technology and e-discovery conferences.
